  • We had the best time. The private tour is the way to go. We were the only people there, and our tour guide was amazing. She knew so much about the animals and worked hard to get their attention so we could see them up close. We also arrived late, and she was so accommodating. I would say you cannot have a better, more intimate experience with big cats, bears, and other animals anywhere else. Highly recommend for children and adults, as we went as a group of five adults and we all absolutely loved it. We will surely be back!
  • The animals are well-taken care of and have their own little habitat to themselves. Although I wish they would let you take photos without the guided tour I can understand the restrictions. The staff was helpful and provided us with interesting facts about the animals. There is a wide variety of species there. I highly recommend going!
