First time visit to this Great Lakes Crossing Outlet mall. I was extremely pleased with the overall diverse atmosphere. Be prepared to do some heavy walking! They try to make it easy by giving you brochures that includes maps and location layouts of the stores however, the stores are all over the place. Many of the stores were closed or had special business hours due to the pandemic (staffing shortages). Therefore, you really want to do your research to make sure it's open before you decide to come out to this location. I was excited because online they boasted having a coupon booklet for out-of-town visitors. Once I browsed through the coupon booklet, I was greatly disappointed because there were not many great deals listed. I was able to purchase a beautiful Coach bag at the Coach outlet and one of my favorite candles from Bath & Body Works. Overall, I really enjoyed the great exercise and the parking was plentiful. I highly recommend you go early so you can enjoy a full day of walking around. The food court is open as of today.
