  • It just so happened that the jail happened to be open on the evening we were visiting Augusta, KY for the weekend. It's hard to believe that this old jail, with it's crude looking interior, was in use...  more »
  • Oldest Jail in Ky, built in 1811. Very cool to get to walk into and actually sit in the cells where prisoners had to stay years ago! A lot of history in that building, if those walls could talk!  more »
