Live Love Paddle, Austin

#1 of 11 in Adventure in Austin
Stand-Up Paddleboarding · Gear Rental
Live Love Paddle is the best rental location on Lady Bird Lake for many reasons! We offer kayaks, stand up paddle boards and canoes. Some of the things that set us apart from other places is that we have a free parking garage onsite, free secure lockers, back support on all kayaks, real restrooms and changing rooms, and after the first hour, we prorate to the nearest 15 minutes and don't charge you for the whole next hour!

We specialize in the Congress Avenue Bat Tours. Our expert guides make sure everyone gets on the water safely, give you more information about the bat colony than you could imagine, and guide you to the best view of the bats!

Experience the beauty of the Austin skyline and the world-famous bats from a front-row seat on a kayak. View the city from a unique perspective in a fun, healthy and cool way with Live Love Paddle.

We also offer a two-hour urban kayak tour of downtown Austin, group events and corporate team building activities.

At Live Love Paddle, our customers come first and are proud to have as many loyal/repeat customers as we have. We hope you come paddle with us and become a loyal customer too!

  • We had a great time as first time Kayakers! Tolly made sure we taken care of and our tour guide was awesome and entertaining.  more »
  • Incredibly friendly staff at the office and the waterfront put us at ease. Both relaxing and exhausting few hours on the water. We enjoyed good views of downtown and some glimpses of wildlife.  more »
  • The evening bat tour was a great way to see and hear about the city (and the bats.) Our guide was good dude, and clearly wanted the whole group to have fun and enjoy their time in Austin. We went in March and it was a bit chilly, so be sure to dress appropriately.
  • Best place to view bats in Austin. Sunset paddle and tour. Everyone who looks down from the bridge sees mostly shadows. Look up and see the glory against the twilight sky. Support this ecological wonder of the world.
