Admire fine architecture, contemplate contemporary and modern art sculptures, and immerse yourself in youthful exuberance at University of Texas at Austin. You don't need to be a student to take advantage of many of the facilities that the state's flagship university offers. Take a tour to the observation deck at the top of the campus' landmark clock tower, head over to the massive Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium to see where the beloved Longhorns take the field on autumn Saturdays, and check whether any concerts or plays are scheduled at the various performance venues. Wrap up your visit at the co-op, where you can purchase hats, shirts, and other souvenirs in the school's distinctive burnt-orange color. For travelers who use our international travel planner, Austin holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the University of Texas at Austin and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

My alma mater and one of the most dynamic campuses in America. Walkable and easily a beautiful setting for learning. Has always had an urban feel to the campus with multi-story buildings to take maximum advantage of the school's layout. The biggest obstacle is trying to find a place to park for an automobile. As a student, I either walked to campus or took UT public transportation.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture 5 year degree. That set me up for life with many life skills, a very rich environment there to be had. I could not get this type of education anywhere else.
