Ski Country Sports, Banner Elk

My family had the best experience here. We rented ski’s and a snowboard to use for the weekend and everything was in great condition. I had a personal problem with the ski boots due to having (very) large calves. They tried their hardest to accommodate me with the rentals. We spoke to one of the gentleman in the shop after returning our rentals for the day and I explained my problem. He took the time and fitted me for a set of boots to purchase. I felt like he was very knowledgeable on everything he showed and explained to me and never pressured to buy anything that I didn’t want. I wouldn’t have known what I was looking for without his guidance. Now I can’t wait to use my new set up! Thank you for everything!

Mark Russ and the team at Ski Country in Banner Elk are awesome! I bought Salomon ski boots from them 7 years ago. My soles were completely worn out and I was going to have to buy another pair of boots unless I could replace the soles. Salomon told me there were no soles available for that 7-year old model, but Mark worked his magic and got me re-soled and back out on the slopes! We have also rented from them for our kids and it was much quicker and smooth than other places we've used. Highly recommend the Banner Elk Ski Country Sports!
