Definitely one of my favourite places in Bar Harbor! Such a wonderful variety of flavored extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. As soon as you open the door you just want to stay because it smells so good and I love that you can try everything and they make you feel welcome. There's also a great variety of pesto sauces, specialty salts and the best olives in the planet.

Fiore, just off the main drag in Bar Harbor, is a friendly little shop with great oils and vinegars, including some seasonal and specialty items. We were walking by when thier "Bacon Infused Olive Oil" sign pretty much stopped us in out tracks. We came away with more than that, but really, olive oil and bacon...does life get better? We even had some shipped to friends for the holidays.
