Silver Lake State Park is a 35 acres (14 ha) state park in Barnard, Vermont. It is situated on the northern shoreline of 84-acre Silver Lake and offers swimming, picnic areas and camping. Silver Lake is a "go to" for me. Far enough to be getting out of town but not too far, to dread a long drive home. Always clean. Cute little bathhouse. Quick walk from the parking lot to seating and another quick walk to the sandy bottomed beach. Always fun to jump off the cement platform into water that MAY just take your breath away. Don't forget to stop at the General Store less than a mile away. Enjoy! Its what we wait all winter for😎

A wonderful nice little campground. Many amenities. Lake, beach, playground, snack bar, boat rentals, fishing. The campground is quiet, clean and sites are spacious. We love it here, and visit at least once during the summer camping season.
