  • Fort Totten has always been a happy place for my spouse and myself for many years. Late evening walks, sitting on the rocks listening to the water crashing against it while overlooking the Throgs Neck bridge is quite serene for us. On days when we feel like having a running date we would go for a nice relaxing run together with all the other lovely health for life devotees. We love Fort Totten.
  • This park has good accessibility to the water, little neck bay. I do enjoy the historic buildings in the park, as well as the wildlife. Additionally, part of the area is restricted, as the U.S army reserve maintains a presence in fort totten. Many of the buildings are abandoned, but that adds to the flavor of the park. I recommend this park for all ages. Be careful on the rocks though!
