Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, professional theatre is returning to Beach Haven. It's been a difficult couple of years. Thanks to unwavering support from our patrons, the Beach Haven, LBI, and Ocean County communities, and a dedicated group of theatre professionals, Surflight Theatre will once again provide quality professional theatre in the proud tradition of our founder, Joseph P. Hayes.

Attended the comedy night and it was a magnificent catharsis to laugh in the midst of the pandemic. The warm-up comedian, a woman, was really fine and she was on for about 40 minutes and then the headliner, who had been the warm-up act for dr. Oz, was delightful , and his delivery was really smooth, and he used facial expression well, with a lot of stories. The comedy nights are a lot of fun. If you're in town don't miss em.😁

Ebenezer was terrific! So good to be back! My only complaint is the staff needs to do a much better job enforcing COVID protocols. Many patrons were not wearing their masks correctly. After more than one year you would think they’d have it right…
