  • We went fishing there in August 2020. It is a lovely little lake. Everything is well maintained and the fish were biting.  more »

  • This is a review of the campground, which is great, among the best state park campgrounds I have stayed at. My wife and I stayed 3 nights in our trailer at site 6. Sites are spacious and attractive, and each is nicely separated from your neighbor. A few sites are sunny; most are shaded. Restrooms and showers are the nicest, cleanest I have experienced. Only concern I would express is that some sites are not level. Bring plenty of leveling boards/blocks and set up carefully. Finally, the road from I-64 Exit 129 down to Little Beaver, although only 2 miles, is steep and curvy-if you have an RV or trailer drive slowly and carefully.
  • Little Beaver State Park is a wonderful place to camp. It's set far enough away from town that you can run to the nearest IGA but set apart to where it is very quiet and serene. Amenities here are TOP NOTCH! Bathroom and Shower facilities are exceptional. The pricing for one night is about $40, so its a great for the wallet. The campsites near the Bathroom facilities have water and electricity, not sure about sites further out. They have many open area campsites as well as wooded area sites. All in all, this has been one of the best Parks I've stayed should stay there too!
