Bellevue Botanical Garden is a botanical garden east of downtown Bellevue, Washington on Main Street. Established in 1992, many different organizations work to maintain the garden to keep it free of charge. What began as a 7-acre gift to the city in the early 1980s has now become a 53-acre public park with multiple gardens. This includes the Fuchsia Garden, Lost Meadow Trail, Native Discovery Garden, Perennial Border, Rhododendron Glen, The Urban Meadow, Waterwise Garden, Yao Garden, and Dahlia Display.Plan trip to Bellevue with our itinerary maker to find out where to go and what to do.

What a great place to come for a garden stroll in Bellevue, WA. It’s a free admission garden, NO dogs are allowed. There is a small gift shop with various unique gifts. Clean restrooms and water fountain, there is a cute little coffee house/cafe in the middle of the gardens. This is one of my absolute favorite gardens to come for a stroll, so many different areas to explore. You can easily spend 1-2 hours here, bring a picnic and a book for a relaxing warm day. Enjoy!

This is a great place to visit with kids/family, especially in the summer. You can see an amazing variety of plants while walking through their trails. It has a Japanese garden as well. It is a great spot to spend the evening in peace amidst nature. There is a coffee shop and a gift store as well. The garden itself is free to visit, and has ample parking spots.
