Opened in 1933, the 6,115-acre (2,475 ha) Cacapon Resort State Park is located on the eastern slopes of Cacapon Mountain in Morgan County, West Virginia, USA. Panorama Overlook, at the southern end of the park and 2,320 feet (710 m) above sea level, is the highest point in the park and in Morgan County.

  • Every time my family and I come to Cacapon it turns out to be the highlight of our summer. I love it here. It’s such a relaxing getaway and so different than other vacations. I can’t wait to come back!
  • Nice little park. They had special event going on when we visited and golf club was not honoring their free bucket of balls for driving range as advertised. But the park itself is nice.
