  How do you even define how great this place is? Berkeley Springs is heaven on Earth and an unexpected part of the charm is Give Purrs a Chance. You literally make a small donation and you get to play with two or three dozen cats and kittens. There's no pressure to adopt and you can move freely around just about the whole house. These cats are obviously loved and will cared for, I don't know how they do it thought because, put in their shoes, i'd've kept all the animals for myself.
