  • Great atmosphere. The plants are lit up and look pretty neat. The kids really enjoy walking around this area and there is a cool arcade at wind creek. Blase Garrecht

  • Lived in the area 11 yrs ago and returned for a visit. Wow was I impressed with the renovations of the steel stacks. Finding the walkway which brought us up close to the steel mill ruins was awesome! Was a fantastic addition to bring history alive to everyone. This made it accessible for everyone to enjoy. Great job Bethlehem!!
  • The Steel Stacks are an amazing tribute to the mighty steel industry that once existed in the U.S., and in particular at Bethlehem, PA. The mills at Bethlehem created over one billion tons of steel. During WWII the mills created the steel that was used to build tanks, planes, and ships. Visually stunning, the mills have been stabilized and allowed to rust in place. A visitors' walkway has been added so that the steel stacks can be viewed up close. Well worth a visit.
