  • I came here after a long trip and finally found the beauty that I was longing for on my way to Key West. I really loved the water. It s a small area and great for a short stop to bathe in the water. I...  more »
  • I had not visited here pre-Irma, but what I saw this visit was still pretty amazing. I understand that the beach rehabilitation may limit access somewhat to the sand and water, but that is a small pri...  more »

  • We stayed in the 2 bedroom/1 bath cabin right on the water. It had a nice big porch with a great view of the water. The beach on the ocean side was still closed due to the hurricane as was the marina. We still had a great time and would love to go back again and stay for a week. The sunsets from the old railroad bridge were awesome. A very relaxing place to visit .
  • A nice place to visit. Just very disappointed in that the guys that take you out. Into the Gulf, are NOT employees of the park, which they lead you to believe. After spending a GREAT amount of money, they ask for a donation. They tell you this just BEFORE you're ready to dis-embark from the boat. Wish they would be upfront about it. Kind of deceiving. Other than that it was an enjoyable, as well as an educational experience.
  • Well we enjoyed it.. we didn't check out the gift shop or the wildlife exhibit it was closed for the day by the time we got out the water.. and don't use the drink machines.. complete rip off.. both machines !!beautiful view nice people.. really crowded but mellow
  • Absolutely beautiful . They had public areas along the beach side. No food options . So bring a lunch along . We arrived early to beat the crowd. It does cost $10-12 per vehicle . They're are other Keys along the way to free to park and swim . The road is on the shoreline will hurt . So either very prepared or where some boat shoes! Happy travels!
  • This park is absolutely gorgeous! One of the best places we've camped. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful and knowledgeable, wildlife center camp store and gate. Went on snorkeling trip and loved it.
