Bisbee Mining & Historical Museum, Bisbee

This is a really cool museum though it is a bit on the pricey side in my opinion. I’m used to the Smithsonian museums in and around DC that are all huge and free. Other museums of this size generally charge about $5 per person from my experience. The $10 per person and $6 for kids was a little high. I’d do it again, don’t get me wrong, I just have to ding a star for the surprising cost. You go through the entire history of Bisbee and the mining there and end up in the modern era of mining. There’s stuff for the kids to play with along the way. It’s a really nice museum and worth visiting once.

Bisbee was amazingly cooler than Tucson... I guess it’s in the mountains. It’s a great place to explore and spend a day...
