  • Very helpful staff. Fossils are everywhere and very easy to spot after a few minutes. We had a great sunny, breezy day, but hats, sunscreen and water are necessary.

  • Guaranteed to find fossils here, whether you buy the rock cracking tools or just soft through the rocks. It may look barren but the kids had a great time and the personal tour and instructions helps.....  more

  • What a fun morning! The kids loved getting dirty and finding exciting fossils. The team working were fast and friendly. We also enjoyed the short tour prior to digging. Rent the tools, highly recommend over just the shovel. Bring your own if you have them. Plus a knee pad or towel to sit on. We were visiting but would go back next time we are in town.
  • This place is fantastic. I took my class here for a field trip and they were very accommodating to our needs. We ended up 45 minutes late but they were willing to wait. I teach Special Ed and Holly was so amazing with my students, it was like she had been working with special ed students for years. We found so many fossils, the kids got really good at the end and we're finding them every minute. Thank You!!
