Mall of America attracts over 40 million shoppers each year, the most of any mall in the world. The largest indoor shopping complex in the country, the mall houses an indoor theme park, aquarium, wedding chapel, and a miniature golf course in addition to the usual stores, movie theaters, and restaurants. Many visitors follow the shopping experience with a ride on one of the mall's 24 roller coasters, but you can also explore the aquarium's family-friendly exhibits. The mall is a ten-minute car ride from the airport, though you can easily reach it by the light rail network from almost anywhere else in the greater Minneapolis area. Our Bloomington trip planner makes visiting Mall of America and other Bloomington attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.

Mall of America reviews
Great, fun place to hang out and shop with Family! We went from Canada for a few days and ended up at Mall of America for two days. There are lots of shops and variety of experiences inside the mall.

Mall of America is a really amazing place for yourself, your family and friends to spend time at. This mall includes mostly everything you'd love to see. It is one of the best places that I've ever been at. All food and plus the rides are so great. Its honestly amazing. I recommend to go here if you love rides + food and shops!
I LOVE the Mall of America. I try to make it over here often. I've gotten all-day passes for the theme park a time or two, and that was fun. For that, I'd recommend going on a weekday during a less busy time, so you can ride as many rides as you want with minimal waiting in line. During non-peak times, they cycle which rides are running at any given time, so keep that in mind. The rides are very safe - from my understanding, they have a 5 hour inspection every morning before the rides are allowed to run for the public. As for the rest of the mall, prices of items here are at a slight premium. It is a mall, after all, but the wide variety of stores makes it a fun experience to window shop, if you're into that. To wrap this up, bring good walking shoes if you plan a day out here. The place is MASSIVE. I would highly recommend anyone visit here at least once.
