  • Wow! The Shady Maple Farm Market is huge. Many of the products are grown and/or made locally. They have a large selection of gluten-free product as well. Pick up some fresh donuts at the bakery...

  • This is a wonderful "one stop shop" to get anything you want. We stopped in to buy produce. Peaches were amazing. Huge and ripe. The meats looked very nice as well. Plenty of homemade goods to buy...

  • Great produce selections. However, the staff needs some customer service training. On our visit today, the lady pricing produce basically chewed us out for bringing the potato basket to her. She said she'd Take the basket "this time"! Who knew the price was on the bottom of the bag inside the basket & to leave the basket at the potato stand? Last time we were there, the produce marking lady told us we came in the wrong direction! No arrow indicating where to go. Also, she said, next time, put your ears of corn in the bags husk first. Then the lady at the checkout told us to put our clams in a bag, which she threw at us, and don't put them on the conveyor belt. Don't place the watermelon on the counter. Who knew the customer had to do their jobs. We'll probably continue to shop there, but now we know we better have all our "ducks" in a row or they'll school us on their unsolicited & unposted rules! The employees make us feel like we shouldn't shop there because we are English, not Amish..
  • My family has made this pilgrimage to Shady Maple from Delaware for more than 50 years! Still just as great as the first trip. We will always love this place.
