Very friendly staff - greeted and seated right away. Food was delicious and incredibly generous portions for the price. There isn't many places to stop along Hwy 191 Northbound, and Twin Rocks Trading Post goes above and beyond to provide quality service and product!
I'm giving the twin rocks trading post 5 stars because the people in there could not have been nicer to our group. They were welcoming and friendly the entire time and even joked around with some of the kids. However, our visit here ended early when we visited the cafe section.....below is a review of the cafe which I would give negative stars if possible. Unless you want to be disrespected and shamed with terrible service I suggest you stay on the trading post side only. The cafe doesn't deserve anyone's business. We brought a group of 50 students in the store section to buy waters and souvenirs. NONE of them went into the restaurant section of the cafe. Only 20 students at a time went into the cafe section and the students were incredibly respectful. Half of them went to the trading post and the people inside there were incredibly generous and couldn't be any nicer. However, the manager at the cafe is possibly the most disrespectful person I have ever seen. She proceeded to yell at the kids and demanded to speak to one of our 4 counselors because she wanted an hour notice when a bus was coming. If they had of gone to the restaurant I would understand but her logic of calling before when all they were buying was drinks in shifts is absolutely unacceptable. She shamed the kids and made them all feel like they did something wrong when all they responded with was "yes ma'am ". We immediately left the store and told the kids that had not yet given them money to put their stuff back. If you plan on visiting twin rocks please spend your time at the trading post and NOT the cafe. Especially if you have any kids with you. We take this trip every 3 years and I can assure you we will never step foot inside the cafe again until that manager is gone. Extremely disappointed in out experience. This place is never going to last with disrespectful people in charge.
