  • Self guided tour with friendly staff. Small museum dedicated to the Basque immigrants of the region. Expect 30-60 minutes. Exhibits change periodically. Small charge of $5 per person.

  • Stopped here on a spontaneous drive thru Boise. It is such a fascinating museum, and was the highlight of my trip. I've been on a journey of reconnecting with my basque heratige since losing contact w my dad as a kid, so it was a really wonderful and emotional experience for me. The whole block is great, and had some great drinks across the street at the market afterwards. Shout out to everyone there, especially Sandy, who was awesome to talk to! Wish we had had more time to stay in the area!
  • This facility consists of a relatively small but extremely informative museum about the Basque in western America and a house next door that represents how the Basque lived in America 200 years ago. These physical presentations of Basque life in America are great but what's even better was the interaction and history lessons from the lady at the the admission desk and Donny at the Basque house. Both provided fascinating insights about the Basque I'd never heard. This is an incredible place, well worth a visit.
