If you are looking for a park for preschool kids, this is a very good choice. It is not nearly as crowded as Municipal Park and the playground has fewer places for the kids to fall from than Elm...

This is a really great park. We loved it for hiking trails (manageable with baby carrier) followed by playground time. There's also a nice field for roaming, a small covered area w/tables (perfect for parties & gatherings) & bathroom facilities. Tennis courts & trails that connect to Table Rock are also present. Parking lot is small but you can't beat the location. Just *another* great park in the City of Boise

Very clean and well maintained! Was there for Hyde Park festival. That was a neat event to see kids and dogs and I even got air sprayed Sasquatch on my calf! Lol not a tattoo person...
