Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Reviews

Great event for family, couples or friends. We attended the pies and tarts class in mid November. Process was easy, instructions and help were great. Our instructors clearly love what they do. Oh..... more »
I booked a class for my wife, brother in law, and his wife. We all had a great time and learned not just a "recipe", but techniques that we'll be able to bring into our own kitchens. Excellent balance between demos and hands on cooking. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Well worth it.
I've watched the show and subscribed to the magazine for a while (pretty much every magazine Kimball has published since I was in high school), and now that I moved up here, I finally got a chance to visit. I did the free 30 minute tour, and even given how short it was and how much I've read and cooked previously, I found myself learning a lot. Rosie did an excellent job explaining how adding spices at different points in the cooking and with different techniques really changes the character of the dish, and the crispy chickpeas we tried were great! I definitely plan on coming back for a full lesson.
