Skywalk Observatory, Boston
Take in far-reaching views of the greater Boston area at Skywalk Observatory, the observation deck of the city's second-tallest building. The enclosed area, located 50 floors up in the Prudential Tower, provides a 360-degree view of the cityscape, including important landmarks such as the Hancock Tower, Fenway Park, and Harvard University. On a clear day, you can see up to 100 miles. Be sure to pick up an audio guide, which is included in the cost of entry. It provides information about the points of interest you can see and offers historical information about the different neighborhoods. For a bite to eat or drink, head two floors up to The Top of the Hub restaurant. The people working the desk are incredibly kind, they took a group picture for us and gave me a student discount even though I didn't have my ID (they took my email). The view is unbeatable I've been at night both times but the first was a little earlier during sunrise, it was exceptional it really solidified a love for Boston. Just give it a try it slaps.
Amazing experience and a breathtaking view. Would definitely recommend planning to arrive about a half hour before sunset, so you can watch the sun progress and the entire Boston Skyline change. Tickets are expensive, but you get what you get. Very romantic and was perfect for my date.
