  • We were bummed that the actual ship was closed but the museum gave so much detail and visual displays you felt like you were on the same back in time. Lots of hands-on learning. Amazing visual...

  • What an incredible experience and opportunity to walk the oldest commissioned naval ship. The history and restoration were absolutely stunning. The museum is phenomenal as well. Well worth and can be toured within 2 hours and that is taking your time and reading everything as we do. The dry dock is a neat perk too.
  • We went in mainly to find the only bathroom around but it was full of interesting things to see. There were models of the ship, even one made of Legos in the kids section. We spent about an hour inside since it was much cooler than outside. They have a large gift shop but I wanted to find a historical book about the ship for kids but nothing but a novel sized edition.
