I have been a fan of Avery's beer for some time and was recently given the opportunity to visit the brewery in Bounder, Colorado. This visit makes me wish there was a way to post a 10-star review! We started with lunch in a large, two-story restaurant and tap room. The food was perfect and there were about 30 beers to choose from. I gravitated toward the large list of barrel aged stouts, including the recently released PB&J barrel ages stout. WOW!!! What added a nice touch was that all beers were served to my table in the perfect glass type for each of the different beers. We then were able to take a tour of the brewery itself. My host was Jordan S., one of Avery's sales folks. Jordan knew so much about the brewery's history, processes, beer styles, and small details of each of their beers. The massive facility was spotless. They use by far some of the most advanced and efficient brewing practices in today's modern world. All ingredients were premium quality. It's no wonder why their beers turn out so well. Overall, if you have the ability to end up at Avery, at all costs...do so!
We went to a lot of brewing companies this one was by far the most impressive. It was huge. We didn’t get to go on a guided tour but we were able to free roam around. The beer is good not insanely good but decent. We had a great time here
