The Historic Railpark and Train Museum, formerly the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Station in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is located in the historic railroad station. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 18, 1979. Opened in 1925, the standing depot is the third Louisville & Nashville Railroad depot that served Bowling Green.

  • Fabulous venue to take our grandboys 7 and 10; one's on the spectrum so he is addicted to everything about trains. Both boys love the well cared for models and retired railroaders and hobbyists who take care of them. and even the fun toys in the gift shop. They go often.
  • If you have an hour or more and want to see a hidden gem where railway and Kentucky history intersect this is well worth your time. Some very cool items in the gift shop besides just cheap trinkets. Near antique railway mementos (some dated 1938) for reasonable prices (under $10). Huge toy train display. Self tour is cheap and interesting but I recommend the guided tour of the Pullman cars as well for just a few bucks more. They even have the old lobby set up to host small events.
