We enjoyed our time here. The grounds and home are beautiful. The staff is very friendly. We did the tea and scones on the porch and that was very worth it!

A wonderland. The gardens and house are exquisite. We usually go several times a year. A Christmas time visit is highly recommended.

Lovely place for a wedding and what an amazing view. The grounds are well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were invited to a wedding and the ceremony was outside facing the ocean. Elegant and beautiful. The gardens were full of flowers, shrubs, and many different tree specimens. They were well labeled in case you are uncertain of the kind. The moon gate is a great place to take a picture. There is handicapped parking right on the side of the Mansion.

Great place to meander through the gardens, or in the mansion. We went on a beautiful summer day, and walked every inch of the property. My favorite part was the pairings of plants in containers, and the Giant sequoias on the property. The view of Narragansett Bay is priceless! The pathways are a challenge for a wheelchair but less so for a walker. Inside the house you'll find plenty of panels that give the history of the mansion and the family who lived there. The gift shop had some fun and unusual items - definitely worth checking out for holiday shopping. Be sure to buy your tickets in advance. I'm looking forward to returning for a spring visit!
