Pearmund Cellars, Broad Run

Of all the wineries we’ve been Pearmund Cellars is our go-to for a relaxing friendly environment. The staff are wonderful, the venue is always well kept and approachable. And oh yeah, the WINE IS EXCELLENT. Try it and I’m sure you’ll love it. 🍷🍷🍷

My wife and I stopped into Pearmund without any planning simply because it was on our way south during a trip through Virginia. What a find. The facility is extremely well cared for and the staff could not be nicer. John and Deb served us during our tasting and engaged us fully in our desire to learn more about their wines and the company's history. We also had an amazing discussing with their wine maker, Brian. These people truly care about the product they produce and it shows in the wine. Their Black Ops is an unforgettable red and their brandy-infused port will impress the pickiest of port snobs. Bottle after bottle impressed us, and I'm a critic (professionally) so I don't impress easily. We went in thinking we'd just grab a bottle and walked out with a case (we'd have gotten more but didn't have room for it). Can't wait to return. What a find!
