  • Located on the shores of the highway, access is very easy. If you're in time, you might as well stop for some pictures. But nothing so interesting.

  • Small but nice park. Kids enjoyed swimming though the beach was a really rocky. There was sand out a little way, but water shoes would help getting there. The trails could be a little better marked, but we're very enjoyable. Chandler, from the state park system, did an excellent guided walk. The children loved it and the talk that the "bluebird" lady gave. Check out was a little early at 11:00, but the staff suggested parking in lot near the rec center and we were able to have lunch and enjoy a little more of the park.
  • Wonderful family camping, recreation buildings, disk golf course, stunning sunsets with options for tent, camper or cabin rentals, firewood and ice available for purchase at the gate. Restrooms and showers were very well kept and clean. We will be glad to stay here again and again.
