God has brought The Brooklyn Tabernacle from a handful of members in a small rundown building in a difficult area, to a congregation of more than 10,000 weekly attendees. Pastor Cymbala and his wife Carol, who directs the popular Grammy Award winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, have been used by the Lord not only to preach the Gospel in the inner city of New York, but also to see new churches grow out of the congregation across New York, as well as domestically and internationally. The ministry of the Church has from the outset reached out to the cross-cultural melting pot of New York City. It is comprised of men, women, and children of all ethnic and national origins. However, central to the growth and expansion of the Church has been the continual emphasis on prayer, from the Tuesday Night Prayer Meeting that is attended by thousands to the Prayer Band, members of the Church devoted to boldly “calling on the Lord” for needs from around the world.Using our international travel planner, Brooklyn attractions like Brooklyn Tabernacle can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

We really enjoyed this moment, which allowed us to better understand American culture. It is true that the atmosphere is more than warm, even when you are neither believer nor practitioner. A very interesting experience
Great Church the praise and worship is amazing and the Word is always a timely Word from GOD, my family and I love the pastors. I would have given it a 5 but it's become a little of a tourist spot and at time getting a seat at times is a challenge at times it seems you are being herded to seats to accommodate tourists seating. None the less we still go there because it's a Bilble fearing church and want to hear what GOD has to say.
Truly this Church has The Holy Spirit presence. I've never visited and come back out the same way. For me, it's like saying LORD I give you my life once more and thank you for the Cross. Always a pleasure to worship with BT.
