Amy gave us our tour and explained the process from farm to table. How Richland Rum processes the sugar cane then distills it, places it in a barrel and finally into the bottle. Afterwards we enjoyed a flight of their five runs and Amy explained each rum; what to look for. To enjoy the aroma of each rum, the subtle hints of caramel, vanilla, chocolate and the fruitiness. It was a great tour and great tasting rum with only three ingredients, sugar not molasses, water and yeast. We bought two bottles and will be buying more in the future.

Great tour great rum! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and thought us so much. Had no idea how rum is made and how much of a process it is. Definitely will stop by for a bottles every time we pass Brunswick
