Our tour guide Marissa was fantastic. She was so smart and she had so much knowledge of the history of the cave that it was very impressive. We had a great time.

Cheyenne did a great job. Stopped by for a quick getaway while visiting the area. Made reservations the day before, but there seemed to be plenty of availability since the tours run every 15 minutes. Luckily we had a small group of only 11, so it felt more personable and interactive. Saw another group that only had 3 guests while others had closer to 20, so it's just luck on how many people pick the same time you do. Tour was a lot of fun and a nice break in the natural 70 degrees in the caverns. Tour lasted about 90 minutes, but you never felt rushed at any of the stopping points. Cheyenne was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job answering all the questions. It was interesting learning about the history of the cave and science behind it. I am considering coming back for the Wild Tour on a later date.

Loved it wasn't the best I've ever been too but it was definitely worth seeing. I would recommend that if you're in the area and got an hour and a half to take the tour to go for it. It's a little over a mile hike but it was an easy mile we had our 11 month old baby and we enjoyed it as well did she. Very interesting history behind the cavern itself, so if you're into the history and back story to the caves existence and use throughout history the guide was very informative and likeable...spend the money and enjoy the leisurely stroll...
