Just kind of average. If you're super into dinosaurs you might find it interesting. Or if you're participating in a dig you might enjoy that. But my family and I stopped in for a visit on a weekend and really were finished with everything in under 30 minutes. The kids were kind of bored to be honest. The staff is friendly for sure! But there's just not a lot there in the museum alone. I wish we'd registered for a dig.
My husband and son did the full day dig. They thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot. Communicating with the staff to coordinate the dig was very easy. The staff was very knowledgeable. The museum is well worth the price of admission, too.
