  • This place is worth checking out just for the conversation! Great, friendly family! Amazing stories, and puns for days! We spent a few hours here learning all about how it came to be. The curator is the most interesting part of the attraction! Hopefully they'll get a space for all the toys someday, but until then, enjoy the hillbilly rest stop and kill some time, beware of the lost souls and stay out of the pot garden!
  • This place was very unique. Definitely one of a kind. Nothing to do with apples and not a farm. It's a giant outdoor folk art exhibit consisting of lawnmowers, tires, shoes, old furniture, appliances and the like. Every piece of art has an attached pun to explain it. For example, a ring of toilets in a circle is "Throne Henge". If you like offbeat oddities, this is the place for you. There is no cost for admission but the family does take donations. And be prepared to stay a while, the gentleman who assembles this little world has an endearing but lengthy explanation for everything you see, and he doesn't want you to miss out on one bit. We intended to browse on our own for a few minutes, met him and ended up staying for an hour and a half. He does have an interesting story, and his family has been on the land for generations. If you need something to do, and have a couple hours to kill, it's worth a visit. Definitely a slice of hillbilly culture.
