  • Sadly it's close to 101 freeway but a lovely setting and convenient to town. Bit hard to find first time but signs mark the way.

  • The road leading to the park is lined on one side with the most beautiful array of double poinsettia. Camarillo Springs exit off the 101.

  • This is a wonderful little park that has an area for dogs to roam, some picnic tables, a children's play area, and a party area, and some really nice shirt hiking trails! There are plenty of signs with information about the wildlife and nature in the area. You do have to pay to park, although it seems to be on an honor system. There is a really nice view from the bench at the top of the trails, it would be nice if there was a trail map but it's pretty easy to follow if you use satellite view on Google Maps.
  • This was our first visit to Camarillo Grove Park, and we loved it! It's quiet, serene, and had plenty of amenities for anyone. There's a dog park in the back of the park, a fenced-in dog training area, a playground for 5-7 year-olds, many family picnic areas with picnic tables and grills, 2 large group pavilions (sized for 50 - 100 people?) with super extra-large grills with adjustable racks and work/serving surfaces, bathrooms, hiking trail, an on-premise kids nature museum, an elevated entertainment grand stand next to one of the pavilions. They have it all! There is an unmanned booth at the park's entrance with envelopes to pay a $3 entrance fee per vehicle, and there are signs around the parking lot indicating that parking stickers are required to be displayed. The fee is well worth it if you're going to spend more than a couple of hours in the park. I highly recommend a visit to Camarillo Grove park. It's beautiful! Take a look at the associated photos.
