We went to see the Glass Flowers exhibit, which was incredible, but there is so much more to see here as well. Definitely worth an hour or two of your time when you are in the area.

Fantastic museum. For $15 you get entry to the natural history and Peabody museums and it is definitely worth it. The natural history museum has an incredible exhibit on gemstones and crystals. I've never seen such a beautiful exhibit. Absolutely stunning. They also have a large collection of glass flowers which are a marvel. The only small complaint is that in both museums, the benches and seats are placed so that you can't see exhibits. This is much worse in Peabody and the natural history museum does have a couple of sit down exhibits. If you are in the Harvard area I would highly recommend a visit. One of the best museums I've ever been to.

The Harvard Museum is my second best museum in Boston and Cambridge. In my observation museum of science is first place and next this. I strongly recommend kids and college students must visit this place. Trust me children will learn a lot by visiting this place. The glass collection is mind blowing. I have been to Chrysler museum of art in Norfolk, Virginia. Which has the greatest collection of glass art from various parts of the country. However, in this museum you can see the world's best glass art which was an effort for one father and son for 50 years. There are a few sorry not just a few a plenty of glass art which are beyond our imagination. For biology major students this is a must visit place.
