Jack Russell Farm Brewery is located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California, It is in the small town of Camino, California, midway between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe, the beautiful rural setting of the brewery invites visitors to the area to stop and enjoy the fresh ales and fresh air.

This lovely setting, in a region known as Apple Hill for its apple, pear, and stone fruit orchards as well as its berry patches and Christmas tree farms, offers a tranquil place in which to relax and enjoy the full flavor of ales and hard ciders. The scenic views of the Sierra Foothills provide the opportunity to savor the elegance of these smooth-drinking beers (which are, quite likely, very different from the hand-crafted beers you have tried in the past) in a unique pastoral setting.

  • Ran into this place accidentally last year. We were trying to get parking for shuttle bus only to find parking lots full but found parking at this microbrewery. I'm not a beer drinker but hubby is and he loved the fact he can taste several varieties for a great price. The food was tasty and seating/tables ample as well as clean. Service was very friendly and professional. Beautiful view of the valley. Can't wait to go back next month.
  • Great selection of beer, with some interesting seasonal flavors. Staff was nice and quick, and the flight sampler was great to share. Had the chili fries- so good and more than enough to share.
