  • We didn't know what to expect here and planned for a very short drive around. If we hadn't been on a schedule, we'd have been here longer. We took copious amounts of pictures. So many surprising...

  • We stayed at Kodachrome for 3 nights while visiting Zion and Bryce NP. It was a great stay. The park store had souvenirs as well as drinks and ice cream (which was nice after a long hot summer day!) The staff were all very friendly. The showers felt luxurious for a state park- what a treat! They also had a very clean and nice laundromat which was great for us on a long road trip. They also have a disc golf course which my husband loved! We didn’t have time to go on any hikes, but we did drive around and it was so beautiful. It was nice to come here after a crowded day at the national parks and feel like you have the views to yourself. Two of the loops are on gravel roads and only have a vault toilet. Try to get the full hookup loop if possible (it’s more scenic, has a paved road, and it’s where the showers are). Thank you Kodachrome for a great stay!
  • Loved this park! Rock formations reallycool. Nice hike around campground. You can drive out of park on dirt road...better with 4x4! To see Chimney rock and a couple of other hiking areas. Definitely worth the drive.
