  • Amazing views. Great park with lots of open spaces, walkways, parking (small fee). One of the most photographed lighthouses in the country! We loved exploring the light house and forts.

  • An absolute gem just south of Portland, ME. I stopped by early in the AM 04Sep21. As you enter, the remnants of a building greet you and it only gets better. Parking is so easy and abundant. It only cost me about $4 for two hours - a DEAL! The paths to the overlook are clean and easy to access. Bathrooms consist of portable 'johns' so bring the sanitizer. The overlook is just stunning! The lighthouse is gorgeous, the ground extend far beyond just the lighthouse, as some baseball or soccer fields are located on the grounds. I could have spent much more time here exploring, but a MUST do if you are anywhere near Portland. I noticed that the staff was extremely attentive and abundant while I was there and answering questions while keeping the growing crowd in order.
  • Can get a bit crowded in the summer months but great views and hangout spots, somethings there are teens there making a ruckus but great park if you know the right spots to go to
