When patrons see a production at EAST LYNNE, they witness the company’s engaging perspective on American theater and its unique contribution to the world of theater. ELTC’s archives are housed at Ohio State University, and in 2009, it received the New Jersey Theatre Alliance's Achievement of Excellence Award. The name of this Equity professional company is derived from a popular 19th century American play.

ELTC operates all year long with the following programs: Mainstage Production Season from June through December and March in Cape May; Touring Shows and Educational Outreach for all ages, including school residencies, throughout the country.

The company performs at The First Presbyterian Church, 500 Hughes Street in Cape May, an historic landmark a block away from the beach. It is ADA accessible and comfortably seats over 100, with excellent acoustics and sightlines. The office is at 121 Fourth Ave., West Cape May, NJ 08204. Season tickets, group rates, dinner-show packages and B&B-show packages are available. Shows run four nights weekly, Wednesday through Saturday, except where noted.

  • Absolutely wonderful little theater how to church in Cape May wonderful Productions you can't go wrong here Gail and her husband Lee as well as the other actors do a wonderful wonderful job
  • Saw Arsenic and Old Lace. Very entertaining production and a night well spent. Kids under 12 get in free and they do offer a Veteran discount. The theater is located inside an old church.
