True Nature has been a vibrant part of Carbondale, Colorado’s arts, music, and sustainable food scene since 2007. Carbondale is located in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley at the base of 13,000 ft. Mt. Sopris. Being in the middle of the valley, TNHA serves Carbondale but also the communities of Glenwood Springs, Basalt, Woody Creek, Snowmass and Aspen, as well as visitors from the Front Range and beyond.
After two years of design and construction, TNHA moved into its beautiful location right on the Rio Grand bike trail at the end of 2012. The creation of the healing arts center was a true act of love and spirit. The design incorporates feng shui principles, eco-friendly materials and solar panels, local artisan crafts and antiques from Kashmir, Afghanistan, India and Morocco.
The deepest intention of TNHA is to serve through offering a world class, inspirational environment supporting individuals and the community in connecting more deeply to the true nature of self—light, love, joy, and infinite possibility. Every moment provides and opportunity to be present, to love and to learn. We look forward to sharing this exciting journey of awakening with you!

The most nurturing place in the valley to take a moment for yourself or meet up with someone for tea or coffee. Their amazing classes and workshops catalyze personal growth while their inspiring goods make you want to live a more thoughtful life. Just walking through gardens or buildings is an enlivening experience in itself.
This is one of the most healing and peaceful places I have ever been to. The whole place was made with so much love and attention to quality, that everything from yoga to the cafe to the gift store is a delight to the senses. This is my favorite place to go to in the valley. Faith's restorative yoga class was amazing! I have never felt so relaxed and peaceful =) I look forward to trying out their spa which I heard was incredible.
