Molly Pitcher Brewing Company Reviews
Molly Pitcher Brewing company was founded in 2013 by four guys with a dream to brew the beers they love and brew them to perfection. The place is quaint with a Pennsylvania, old town charm. The food i... more »
Conveniently located near the Dickinson campus, Molly Pitcher is a great choice for pub style food. I went there with my wife and daughter and we were seated right away on the outdoor patio. I had a c... more »
We discovered this venue as a post gathering event for a career Naval Officer's retirement.... The atmosphere is outstanding, the "BREW" is great. Their Chocolate Porter is outstanding and, the IPA is less fruity and more dry on the hops and, speaking of Hops; the Staff is Hopping to serve and please. The general range of free range collective appetizers for the Herd was spot on with a great selection of local fair and cheeses..!! It is a bit tight but, you do have a front row seat to the business of Brewing at hand..... If you leave thirsty, it is not their fault!! Now then, that was the old post..!! The new post is that Molly has lifted her skirts as a eatery and moved to High Street where the industrious gal reworked some old digs and, turned them into some new, hip digs. The beer is just as refreshing, the dining area has more than grown 8 folds with exterior seating, additional levels and, the wait staff stated they still have the old works but, it is brew only. My only detraction, is the place is only friendly to Service Dogs and, then reluctantly. We being a 6 generation military family have a service hound who is an actress by trade but, comfort by nature. The allowance of the veranda to be multi-hound friendly will be a big plus when a lot of folks travel with the pups and, there is the chance the hound could die in a car or, the window be smashed.... All is grand décor, cuisine and froth fine and, I say take it and savor the suds and venue.....
Very cool place. Beers very tasty with good selection of styles. The Molly Tots are great, would highly recommend. The bar staff are very friendly. Would come back next time I'm passing through
