  • Buddhism is not only a religion but more of a philosophy. It emphasizes on the spiritual practice of yourself. Chuang Yen Temple is situated in a such serene place that just put your step on the path you are already calm and feel the serenity. The scene is so beautiful in all four seasons. Regardless if you are a believer or not of Buddhism it’s worth to spend some time in this awesome place.
  • A beautiful place where all are welcome. The staff and volunteers who work here are all incredibly warm and helpful. If you prefer to just meditate, there is plenty of space, even at peak traffic. As a Christian (non-Buddhist) I felt very welcome.
