Island Brewing Company is a family-run, award-winning microbrewery in Carpinteria, California serving beer enthusiasts, bars, and restaurants along the beautiful Santa Barbara coast. Great experience. Staff very friendly. Take out only at the present time but it’s easy to walk in and well stocked with many varieties of ale to go.

Tasty beers and friendly barkeeps, near the beach and you can watch the trains go by and mingle with locals or other visitors. What else do you need?! Indoor and outdoor seating available, inside not many tables but was maybe due to social distancing and that if it is nice outside, why would you sit inside.

Great place for hanging out with locals and visitors from out of town. Families with children and dogs enjoy the outside patio. The trains are great to see as they pass the outside patio area.
