Carrabelle Bottle House, Carrabelle

This little off-the-beaten-path attraction is so cool! It’s on private property, but the gate is unlocked. You just need to be sure to close it behind you. We went close to sunset and the lighting was perfect. There are other structures near the house but we didn’t stay long enough to see them lighted up. Take a visit, you won’t be disappointed. It’s free but I’m sure donations are appreciated.

What a cool and eclectic place to visit! Chatting with the lady of the house was so fun, and she introduced us to one of her Standard Poodles, who was a precious dog they adopted as a rescue. She told us the stories of some of her husband's creations, and we enjoyed chatting with her. Definitely a great place to stop and experience something unique with an Asheville, NC vibe in the FL panhandle.
