  • Interesting little museum, nice jaunt up to the top of the lighthouse, and a good picnic area. Good place to stretch your legs and learn about early life on the coast.

  • The museum is free but there is a cost to climb the lighthouse. Nice museum that doesn't take too long to explore. Nice grounds with an area for kids. They have special events on a regular basis. We did the full moon tour. There was good live music, a fireplace and of course you could climb the lighthouse. I went in at moonrise and think that if I did it again I would go later when it was a bit darker.
  • The Gal there is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have the original lens that came from France. This is a good spot to stop for an educational trip with the Little ones. There is a gift shop, not expensive at all. There is a video you can watch about thw lighthouse.
