Our practices are an extension of our farmers’ and ranchers’ practices. Bringing clarity and transparency to what you buy at the market is our top priority. Our policies are strict as the only producer- verified market group in town, we can assure you that vendors are honestly bringing the fruits of their labors and using the practices they tout to shoppers. Shoppers at Mueller and Lakeline markets will be able to read up on vendors’ growing practices in a market binder that describes each vendor’s pest control and other growing practices. This does not mean you will not need to continue to ask questions of your farmer/rancher, but this will help you understand who is farming sustainably at all times and who relies on integrated pest management and when and why they may use herbicides or pesticides. Before you head to Cedar Park, plan trip itinerary details with our user-friendly Cedar Park online trip builder, to make sure you see all that Cedar Park has to offer, including Texas Farmers' Market.
If we find a farmer who is not immediately transparent about their growing practices they will be a asked to leave our markets.

A new friend asked me to go to a farmers market in South Austin. I knew there had to be one closer and I'm so glad I found this! Its perfect. Great selection. Loved the samples and foods. There's an animal coral for people to hold and meet bunnies, chick's, a turtle, etc. I bought a lot, spent a lot too. But, it's all so clean and good and tasty, you will also buy some great things too. The cookie tents are so tempting, yes I bought from both. See the pictures. Goat milk tent is wonderful. And I even got Indian food for my husband and I for dinner and we loved it!
One of my favorite markets. May or may be due to it's proximity to my home. Good size. Maggie is there cooking up a tasty treat from some selections from the vendors. I gave it four stars instead of five for the lack water and ducks.
