  • This was my first visit to the museum. The immigrant house was fascinating. As were the galleries. They had several cases with glass on display. The docent said they have quite a bit more, it was just not currently on display. It would be wonderful to see more. Maybe next time. The docents were very knowledgeable about their subjects and very friendly.
  • The village is a small area and it's very walkable and you can visit a multitude of interesting shops. Make sure you visit the Czech Museum since I found it worthy. I had very little concept of the struggles in this country and after a visit I came away with tremendous respect upon learning the history and endurance of the Czech people. This museum has an unusable way of transmitting personal struggles. You must visit. Honestly, I am not a fan of museums, but I do recommend this one. I especially enjoyed the film showing how this large museum was moved after a severe flood. Fascinating.
